Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-engraved items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Damaged or used items that are not due to manufacturer defects.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to:

    (Shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.)

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges are processed upon receiving the returned item. We’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost for defective items.

Damaged or Defective Products
